Forward · Voice agent for pizzerias & restaurants

During the rush, three calls a day
walk straight to your competitor

The same crew that makes the food also answers the phones. Calls get dropped, customers give up. And even when someone picks up, a 16-year-old on shift doesn’t sell — he just writes it down. A smart voice agent answers every incoming call, instantly, even when twenty come in at once.

This is what it sounds like

A recording of a real ordering call with the agent. Notice where it offers an add-on, and where it confirms it got the order right.

Demo · Ordering call · 1:35
The demo call is in Hebrew — the agent also speaks English, Arabic and Russian. Recorded in a demo environment; menu, promotions and upsell rules are tailored to each business during scoping.

How the agent works

The agent holds a natural conversation: takes the order, recognizes items from your menu, recommends, offers add-ons and promotions, sends the customer a payment link, and streams the order straight into your POS. The customer gets an SMS confirmation. The ticket prints in the kitchen as if the order was keyed in by hand.

The agent doesn’t replace your team — it completes it. A complex call, or a customer who asks for a person, is transferred to a human immediately. No customer ever gets stuck.

What you get

  • Zero unanswered calls. Every call is a potential order — and it gets captured.
  • It sells, it doesn’t just take notes. Offers add-ons and upgrades on every order. That’s where the margin lives.
  • Your crew is freed up to make food instead of running to the phone.
  • Real-time menu updates. A new dish or a daily special goes live automatically.
  • Hebrew, English, Arabic and Russian, built to work in real kitchen noise.
  • Available 24/7. Never swaps shifts, never burns out, never shows up late.
  • A full safety net. On any fault the agent is disabled instantly and the phones fall back to your regular answering. 24/7 support.
  • A digital asset of your business. Not an off-the-shelf product: we implement and train it like a new employee of yours.

Sample assumptions: a phone-answering employee at an employer cost of €2,000 · 40 calls a day · average order €25 · 30 operating days. The calculation uses the price for the first six months, which includes scoping and setup. From month seven the subscription drops by €250 and the monthly improvement grows accordingly. The range depends on the plan, and on whether the answering position is saved or moved to the kitchen.

Questions pizzeria owners ask

How much does a voice agent for a pizzeria cost?
Two subscription plans, with no separate setup fee. The Lean plan, for up to ~30 orders a day, costs €1,250 a month for the first six months and €1,000 a month after that, and includes 1,500 call minutes. The Full plan, for ~100 orders a day and up, costs €2,000 a month for the first six months and €1,750 a month after that, and includes 4,000 minutes. Scoping and setup are included in the price and spread across the first six months. A success-based payment track is also available.
What’s the difference between a voice agent and a regular automated answering system?
A regular answering system reads out a menu and asks you to press a digit. A voice agent holds a conversation: the customer says what they want in their own words, the agent recognizes the items from the menu, recommends, offers add-ons and promotions, and streams the order into the POS. It doesn’t route the call — it closes the order.
Does the agent understand spoken Hebrew and kitchen noise?
Yes. The agent speaks Hebrew, English, Arabic and Russian, and is built to work in real kitchen noise. During scoping we train it on your menu and on the way your customers actually ask for things.
What happens if the agent doesn’t understand the customer?
A complex call, or a customer who asks to speak with a person, is transferred to a human immediately. No customer ever gets stuck. On top of that there’s a full safety net: on any fault the agent is disabled instantly and the phones fall back to the business’s regular answering, with support available 24/7.
Does the agent connect to my POS?
Yes, provided the POS has a proper interface. The order flows in directly, and the ticket prints in the kitchen as if it was keyed in by hand. The customer receives a payment link and an SMS confirmation.
What do I need in order to start?
A dedicated phone line, supplied as part of the package, a POS with a proper interface, an up-to-date menu, and a few recordings of good ordering calls. From there we manage it: scoping, setup with the infrastructure vendor, accuracy testing, and a soft launch until the agent performs the way it should.

The next step

A short intro call. If it fits, we move to scoping. No commitment.
